Ingenium is delighted to announce that LDP Online, our self-paced leadership development programme has been short-listed for a Think Global Award in the category of Education and eLearning.

The Education & eLearning award looks for organisations that have adopted innovative learning and teaching methods using technology—showcasing proven results demonstrated in tandem with the organisation’s educational mission. The theme for this year’s awards is ‘Reimagining Culture’ and was chosen to spotlight the dramatic changes in our work life and how we interact with each other. In the last two years, there has been an unprecedented shift in how the world operates and how companies and organisations work.

LDP Online was created to meet the needs of this changing landscape to ensure that professionals could access learning experiences to continue their leadership development when and where it suited them.  All modules aim to empower individual leaders to upskill with a focused leadership development programme. LDP Online offers 33 individual CPD accredited modules in three key areas: Leading my Team, Leading Myself, and Leading My Business.

Given the challenges and opportunities associated with learning and development in a globalised post-pandemic world, as well as supporting a remote working approach, we are conscious that a classroom learning environment will not be feasible for some time to come. Having already delivered our Smart Choice Leadership Programme through a facilitated learning virtual platform to multiple cohorts, we have created the LDP Online suite of programmes adopting a fully self-paced learning approach, using a range of interactive technology tools and platforms, all of which are available for participants to use in their own organisations.

Congratulations to all the Human Performance team here in Ingenium and to our other short-listed nominees: RoadmapMBA.com, Roche, The Big Idea House, and The Mad Science Group.
